the crush officially begins

It's crazy around here.  We've been in and mostly out of town all of August. Luckily, harvest will keep us at home until Christmas.  It also means that I have more evenings like this one, alone. This crush is our 10th year in production, but it is also our 1st year doing it all on our own equipment. Thank goodness.

Here is what I did this labor day weekend.  This and paint ida's room slipper pink.  I'll post some photos when it's all finished.
